Yes. We send a digital proof for every custom order. Engraving starts only after you approve it.
Absolutely. Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) work best, but we can often work from a clear photo or sketch. Email files to [email protected] after you submit your request.
Wood, bamboo, leather and leatherette, slate, marble, glass, acrylic, and metal, including powder-coated, anodized, stainless and brass. Ask us about your item.
Often, yes. Contact us first so we can make sure the material is safe to engrave. Customer-supplied items are engraved at the owner’s risk.
Yes. Free local pickup in Spirit Lake, Idaho by appointment. We’ll coordinate a time when your order is ready.
Yes, we can ship within the U.S. Shipping cost is quoted with your order.
Payment is due when you approve your proof and before engraving begins. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your quote.
Because every item is personalized, custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged. If we make a mistake, or your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Orders can be canceled free of charge before the proof is approved.
Hand-wash wood boards and treat with food-safe mineral oil. Hand-wash engraved glassware and tumblers (not dishwasher safe). Keep leather dry and condition occasionally.
